Wordpress Affiliate Pages - How Did
This Happen?
A couple of years ago, I came across a sweet looking Wordpress affiliate page that was totally unique and looked completely different from the rest of the blog.
It looked like a sales letter page. Just like the one you're reading now.
I was blown away. I had NEVER seen this with Wordpress before, and maybe one other time since.
It had absolutely NO elements of the blog on it and it looked more like a sales page than a regular blog page.
It was in fact an affiliate page promoting a product and it was ranking on Google at number 3, just under the main product site itself which occupied the first 2 places.
It was a "review" page of the product and the site owner was offering a bonus for anyone that bought using his link.
The review started critically and ended with a glowing report of the product in question. Well of course it would, wouldn't it?
He wanted the commission from the sale.
It's an extremely effective technique. Put up a review page initially pointing out the failings of the product and then gradually move to all the good points.
Finally, offer a bonus if people buy via your link.
This is usually done by the affiliate registering a domain based on the product name, then promoting that domain by (for example) building Squidoo lenses and Hubpage pages and pointing them at their main site. Then strengthen this by writing articles and getting any other backlinks to the site where possible.
It can be a lot of effort to get into slot 2 or 3 using this method, but it's usually very much worth it if you can manage it.
G’day Frank,
Best use of a WordPress blog that I’ve seen and so easy to do!
I have tried every widget, gidget and gadget to get more usability, without
looking like every other blog and the end result is… they look like a blog!
Now you’ve come along and shown me how to make my front page look
like a web page, but behave like a blog… sensational!
Thank you,
John Leith

Of course it's far easier to do if you already have a site that's getting traffic and which you've already put a lot of work into. Any effort you make by building Squidoo lenses for instance helps your overall site ranking and traffic.
Someone who arrives at your site for one thing may well end up buying something else.
After all, you only have to concentrate on developing that one key website in order to be able to promote all sorts of related products.
Such as an established Wordpress blog.
That makes it a LOT easier to start earning cash from your promotional efforts...
Don't let that put you off from getting started though. I create an average of one to TWO new self-hosted niche Wordpress blogs (such as the one you're on right now) every week.
Yep, this sales page you're looking at is sitting on top of a good old Wordpress blog! ;-)
Frank,
I have been working with WP for over a year and until now everything I have learned has been by trial and error. What you have laid out here is about the coolest thing I have seen since starting online.
Please research more and let us know what you find. You can bet yur sweeta** that i'm a buyer.
Thanks so much,
Dale

How Was It Done?
I looked around the site I'd found (it was a PR4) and saw several similar standalone pages. Some had the same style as the one I'd seen, and others looked completely different.
I wrote to the blog owner twice and asked him how he did it, but I never received a reply.
I wasn't surprised.
I asked my friends if they knew how he'd done it, but no-one did.
I asked in forums and all I got was "It must have been a custom written Wordpress plugin or special Wordpress theme, there's nothing that will do that. You can't do that with normal Wordpress."
Hmmm...
And so began my 2 year quest to find out how it was done.
I knew other people wanted to do it too as every so often when doing another search, I'd come across a blog or forum where someone was asking how it was done. But no-one seemed to know.
I couldn't believe that no-one had ever been bothered to create such a product.
Everybody seemed to think it was quite difficult to do. This myth was made worse because as far as I know there's never been a (free) Wordpress plugin that will do it.
More recently I've seen some expensive Wordpress add-ons that sort of address the problem, but they're not ideal.
Several are Wordpress themes only, claiming to turn your Wordpress blog into a sales page mini-site.
(What on EARTH is the point of that? Why not just use HTML?)
And with a theme, you STILL don't have the ability to make some of your pages look different to the rest of your site. You're stuck with all or nothing.
I've even seen and bought a Wordpress plugin that required you to be a PHP programmer with a deep understanding of Wordpress in order to get it to work.
Pointless.
And... I could never get it to work the way I wanted it to.
You may as well hire a specialist Wordpress coder to design your sites if you're going to go that route. And that can be VERY expensive...
Frank,
I just started looking at your product and reading the materials but just can’t seem to finish them! The problem is that, as I read your materials, I keep getting sidetracked by all these ideas on how to use your information to improve my business and probably start a couple of new ones!
This is a perfect example of how something simple can make a major difference if you just have some "inside knowledge"! I can’t wait to finish viewing and reading to see what else comes into my mind!

Wow! This really opens up my Wordpress Blog site to a new world! To be able to have a content driven website with complete sales pages is a real plus. I’m excited about the new traffic this will drive to those sales pages. I don’t think I would have figured that one out! Thanks for bringing it our attention. I can see a new niche market opening due to this. Again Thanks!

Finally, I Found What We've
All Been Looking For...
I'd eventually resigned myself to hiring a Wordpress developer to create something that was easier to use.
I was thinking maybe a Wordpress plugin that used simple placeholders of some sort to represent the Wordpress elements on a page (title, RSS feed, etc), plus some sort of method to incorporate a template into a page.
And maybe some extra abilities that told Wordrpess not to show the header, sidebar and footer.
Hmmm...
I was floundering a bit. I usually have an idea of how something should work.
I didn't have a clue really.
So I decided to take a look at the Wordpress documentation.
Here's a tip.
It's written by developers for developers.
Most of it went "whoosh" straight over my head, but then I literally found the information I was looking for by accident.
I'd spent a couple of hours reading and trying to understand what I'd read.
I was tired and had the starting of a headache, and I got distracted and ended up somewhere else.
And then SUDDENLY...
I had the information I was looking for.
Unbelievable.
There it was.
So SIMPLE to do, when you see it you'll understand the OMG! feeling I immediately had.
I had looked for TWO YEARS, and there it was.
I didn't need a developer. I immediately knew how to do it.
TWO MINUTES later I was staring at my first "Hello World" test.
Heart thumping, I tried a sales page from a master resale rights product I had.
A couple of tweaks and 10 minutes later and...
Perfect.
Just what I'd been looking for.
This is easy to do once you see how I do it.
If you have basic knowledge of HTML and can take an existing sales page and edit it to your liking, then you can do this. You don't even need to know how Wordpress plugins and themes work.
As long as you know your way around the Wordpress admin panel, then you can do it.
I'll show you.
For just a tiny amount of money in relation to what you're going to learn here today, you can have the knowledge that took me TWO YEARS to discover.
But you get it in just...
TWO... MINUTES...

Sales Pages And Affiliate Pages In Wordpress
You'll watch over my shoulder and in video form I'll show you the exact method of how to add a sales page or affiliate page type sales letter to your Wordpress blog, and have that page override the Wordpress theme.
If you want to, you can add links to other pages on your blog, or RSS feeds or whatever. It's very easy to do and you don't need any PHP knowledge, just basic HTML and your favourite web editor.
All you do is edit your sales letter in your web editor and paste it into Wordpress when you're done. Using my method it's as simple as that.
Special Offer:
Together with the videos to create Wordpress sales pages and Wordpress affiliate pages I'm including TWELVE brand new Wordpress themes!
Don't Miss This!
As well as the Wordpress themes, I'm also including some sales page templates to help you get a head start on writing an affiliate page in the style of a review.
What's more, FIVE of these templates include the PSD headers and footers, plus Photoshop Action Scripts to create a 3D ebook cover and 3D CD case.
Okay Frank, How Much?
Now I'm not asking much for this. It's a pittance for the information you're going to get, it really is.
I've seen (and bought) themes that claim all sorts of things.
One even claims that you can create the "Fastest WordPress Squeeze Pages Ever!", but I can tell you right now, it doesn't even come close to my method for speed and total flexibility of appearance.
That theme (and all the others I've seen too) gives you some pre-designed pages that you can use.
But to edit them or create your own, you need to be a PHP developer with a sound working knowledge of the inner functions of Wordpress.
My method blows them all away for simplicity and ease of use.
So What's The Deal?
I'm going to give you access to a set of videos that show my method and explain some of the background behind it.
The first video shows you exactly how to do it, and it does it quickly. I guess that's what you want to know so I don't beat about the bush.
If you know how Wordpress works and you're used to changing themes and installing plugins, you'll get it immediately and laugh and thump your forehead, it really is that obvious once I show you how.
It's just a little bit of knowledge is what you're missing.
If you don't know how Wordpress works, I've got that covered too.
The other videos will go into a little more detail and show you some examples plus some of my suggestions of how you can use this method.
I've even included a short video showing you how to install Wordpress in just a couple of minutes.
And then another one which shows you how to upload Wordpress themes and Wordpress plugins if you've never done it before.
I also recommend a few themes and plugins that I've found incredibly useful, as well as some "must have" plugins for every Wordpress blog.
As an extra sweetener, I've included some sales page style templates for you to edit for your own use on your own Wordpress blogs.
And finally, I've included TEN TWELVE brand new Wordpress themes that have never been seen before.

P.S. I searched for how to do this for TWO YEARS - you can have it in TWO MINUTES.
P.P.S. By now you'll know that this is affiliate and SEO DYNAMITE, and is far better than a complicated Wordpress plugin or theme. This method will work with ANY Wordpress theme!
P.P.P.S. It doesn't matter if you've already bought a theme that tries to do this and fails. Or that you're frustrated because you find you've been locked into the complicated "techies-only" templates it provides. You can just add this method and use ANY sales letter template you want!
Go on, you know you want it.
