With a bit of head scratching and a lot of effort, I created my first ever animated banner. It’s a 125×125 graphic and I’m quite pleased with it.

It took me nearly 4 hours to do because I’d never done anything like this before, and I guess I can get that time down to about 30 minutes or less now that I know what I’m doing. Yes I think I went a little bit over the top with transitions, but I think it looks good although it comes in at 30k. I’ll make sure similar sized banner ads are smaller.

More to follow and then I’ll build the promo tools page with easy copy and paste code and your affiliate link embedded.
